Rajal Tourism is a travel agency based in Gandhidham, Gujarat, India. We have been organising family tour packages since 2010, including pilgrimages, hill station holidays, beach tours, and international travel.

2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us or when it is required to deliver our travel services.
Enquiry form
Your name, phone number, email address (optional), travel month, group size, budget range, and any message you provide when submitting an enquiry.
Booking information
Names, ages, ID document numbers (as required for hotel check-in and transport), and dietary / medical preferences where you share them for trip planning purposes.
Newsletter subscription
Your name (optional) and email address when you subscribe to our travel updates.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time spent, and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Payment information
We do not store credit card or bank details on our website. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; their privacy policy governs those transactions (razorpay.com/privacy). You may also pay via UPI, bank transfer, or cash at our office.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your enquiry and subscription data is stored securely in our Supabase database, hosted on servers in the Asia Pacific region. Access is protected by Row Level Security policies — only authorised Rajal Tourism team members can view your data.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to deliver the services you requested or as required by Indian tax laws (typically 7 years for financial records). Enquiry data that did not result in a booking is deleted after 2 years.
5. Third-Party Services
We share limited information with trusted third parties only when required to deliver your tour:

- Transport providersPassenger names, pick-up/drop locations, and contact number.
- AirlinesPassenger details for flight bookings as required by the airline.
- Visa agenciesPassport and personal details for visa processing on international tours.

6. Photo & Video Usage
Rajal Tourism may photograph or video-record group tours for use in marketing materials, social media, our website, and brochures.
By booking a group tour with us, you consent to being photographed or filmed during group activities and excursions. If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please inform your tour coordinator before departure.
Photos shared voluntarily by you on social media tagging Rajal Tourism may be reposted on our official channels. We will credit your account if requested.
8. WhatsApp Communications
When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled through Meta's WhatsApp platform. Please refer to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy for information on how they process your data.
We use WhatsApp only for direct communication with you about your tour enquiry or booking. We do not add you to WhatsApp broadcast lists without your explicit consent.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request that we correct any inaccurate data.
- Request that we delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by contacting us directly.
- Withdraw consent for photography/video usage on future tours.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without parental consent.
For group tours including minors, we collect the names and ages of children as part of the booking process. This information is used only for hotel check-in, transport manifests, and calculating applicable child fares. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing this information on behalf of minors in their group.
11. GST & Billing Data
When we issue a GST invoice for your tour booking, we collect your name, address, GSTIN (if applicable), and email address for invoicing purposes.
All GST and financial records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the Indian Income Tax Act.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
